A coach/program staff member is required to check in at Headquarters (HQ) prior to their team’s first game of the day. At check-in, the coach/staff member will be required to sign a waiver confirming that all athletes participating on their team have a valid USA Lacrosse membership and have completed the player roster/waiver process.
